The Biohacking Your Nervous System for Weight Loss Program

Purpose

Biohacking your nervous system for Weight Loss Groups were designed for individuals to de-train the habitual resourcing behaviors keeping them from reaching their health and fitness goals. The therapies and psychoeducation will produce an increase in the participants mind-body health, and it will optimize the nervous system functioning to increase performance in life!

Clinical Psychotherapy-Mental Conditioning

12 Weeks of 10 min Per week 

Health educational and psychotherapy groups for you to engage in mental and physical conditioning techniques to tune up your nervous system to create a balanced approach to your health and wellness lifestyle. 

Brainspotting-Deconditioning

12 Weeks of 50 min Per Week 

Process groups designed for you to detrain your nervous system from any traumas/pains/hurts and current life stressors through reprocessing-rewriting the brain-body memories. While concurrently increasing your entire nervous system’s mental and physical functioning capacity.

Functional Nutrition​

12 Weeks of 30 min Per week 

Education on proper nutrient consumption to support your optimal mental and physical performance. And you will participate in health food and superfood preparation and creation labs.

Yoga

12 Weeks of 30 min Per Week 

Instruction on proper form and experiential yoga flows for musculoskeletal balance, strength and flexibility. While conditioning your entire nervous system to be performing at a calmer, relaxed, increased focus and efficient rate.

Expectations

  • Participants will deregulate the potential of a neurophysiological stress hormone cortisol response triggering you to unconsciously eat. 
  • Participants will decrease the stress hormone cortisol with the oxytocin/pleasurable hormone produced by binging on or just consuming high carbohydrate/sugar foods.  
  • Participants will mentally and physically decondition the mal-adaptive behavior pattern driving them to “cheat” or “quit” healthy-balanced eating patterns. 
  • Participants will gain the ability to deactivate current stressors and the what if’s or worst case scenarios in their lives to decrease the potential for unconscious uncontrollable high cortisol/stress hormone keeping you inflamed. 
  • Participants will fully release their past mind-body criticisms to fully accept and love their body!
  • Participants will detox their lives from poor nutrition and health practices. 
  • Participants will condition their nervous system to have a healthy mental and physical relationship with both nutritious foods and exercise. 
  • Participants will become educated on proper nutrient recommendations and why each is important in reaching weight loss and health goals. 
  • Participants will detrain conscious and unconscious self-sabotaging behaviors and or reactions preventing health goal attainment.
  • Participants will clear away the blocks within their nervous system (deep brain) inhibiting health goal acquisition. 
  • Participants will engage in group yoga flows designed to engage the entire body and to calm the mind. 
  • Participants will develop enough yoga skills to be able to create a home program following the completion of the program.

The Elite Athlete Performance Enhancement Program

Purpose

The Elite Athlete Performance Enhancement Program was designed for athletes to decrease and prevent sports injuries, increase reflexes, improve flexibility and mobility, increase mental and physical health, and to optimize performance in sports and in life!

Sports Psychology-Mental Conditioning

10 Weeks of 10 min Per Week 

Group Psycho-Educational Health on various psychophysiological, sports performance expansion, mental and physical conditioning techniques to tune up the nervous system so the athlete can perform optimally when the pressure is on. 

Brainspotting-Deconditioning

10 Weeks of 50 min Per Week 

Detrains the nervous system from any past sports injuries and current life stressors through reprocessing groups while concurrently increasing the athlete’s entire nervous system’s mental and physical functioning. 

Sports Nutrition​

10 Weeks of 30 min Per Week 

Education on proper nutrient consumption to support an athlete’s mental and physical performance. And health and sports performance superfood preparation and creation labs.

Sports Yoga

10 Weeks of 30 min Per Week 

Instruction on proper and experiential yoga flows for musculoskeletal balance, strength and flexibility while conditioning the athlete’s entire nervous system to be performing at a calmer, completely controlled, increased focus and efficient rate.

Expectations

  • Participants will mentally and physically decondition their mal-adaptive neuromuscular patterns from past sports injuries or failures. 
  • Participants will gain the ability to deactivate current stressors and what if’s or worst case scenarios to decrease the potential for unconscious uncontrollable reaction causing muscle guarding. 
  • Participants will de-condition the secondary trauma of seeing another athlete endure a sports mental or physical trauma. 
  • Participants will be able to decrease performance anxiety/cortisol within the nervous system to keep from unconsciously triggering the primitive-fight/flight/ freeze part of the brain associated with muscle guarding. 
  • Participants will decrease their potential for injury by increasing their overall flexibility. 
  • Participants will be able to condition positive sports performance neuropathways within the mind and body to support the achievement of optimal flow state. 
  • Participants will learn how certain food can assist them in expanding on their performance in sports and life.
  • Participants will be able to identify and prepare sports healthy food options.
  • Participants will increase their overall flexibility decreasing their potential for sports injuries. 
  • Participants will be able to do effortlessly perform a basic sports yoga flow.

12 week curriculum 2 hours per week we come to your Sports Facility-Club groups of 10-30 athletes.
